Balance coordination when you stretch

Forcing your body to do a lot of different stretches without a break is not the best way to maximize the effects of your stretching session.

In fact, forcing your body to do too many different stretches without a break can actually cause injury from overuse. Balance your stretching breaks into long, comfortable stretches and short, intense, explosive stretches.

5 minutes of exercise at the end of your stretching session When the day is over, end your stretching session with only 5 minutes of exercise. This is a great way to end your stretching session on a positive note. Even better, go for a walk, hike, bike ride or simply take a long sauna/steam bath.

Your body is so tired after a long day of work or even after a day of relaxing you have to use your muscles more effectively. If you are not an athletic person you can always do some ropeflow instead of a bike ride.
